Once a course has been activated and made available for viewing or learning, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


4. Online Tutorials (Sessions)

Online tutorials are conducted based on the scope and complexity of the topic.
Sessions are generally limited to one (1) to two (2) sessions, but may extend further depending on the length and depth of the topic, at the sole discretion of the tutor.
Scheduling and continuation of sessions will be determined by the tutor based on the student’s progress and lesson requirements.


5. No Refund Policy (Tutorials)

All tutorial payments are non-refundable.
Once a session has been scheduled or conducted, the service is considered rendered.
No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, completed sessions, or partially used tutorial packages.

It is the customer’s responsibility to attend scheduled tutorial sessions on time.
